Our sauna is mobile and we choose our locations carefully based on their charming natural surroundings, ensuring a truly immersive escape. We take pride in offering an experience that is accessible to all, with every visit feeling unique and different from the last.
Our Sauna is hand crafted from reclaimed wood and cannot be found any where else in the UK, making it a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
Next step into our cold therapy offering, with different temperature ice / cold baths, and for those who aren’t brave enough for a full plunge there will be the chance to ‘dip their toe in the experience’. Our Team members are on hand to support you if you need any advice or if you just need bit of encouragement.

Our current Location is Ridgeway Farm which is a secluded farmland.
The entrance to the car park is a little bit hidden off the main road so keep your eyes peeled and
drive slowly and look out for the sign for Ridge way farm.
Turn into the farm and follow the track round to the car park.
Meet at the car park: One of our team members will meet you at your allocated time slot at the car park
and will walk you through the the farm, expect to see some animals along the way.
Please do not walk around the farm without a member of our team.
Just a heads up! Please leave any jewellery at home as it will need to be removed before entering the
sauna due to Health and Safety and we’d rather it was safe at home.
Each booking secures you and your party exclusive access to the sauna & cold plunge for 30 mins followed by 30 mins use of our communal camp fire.
